Using oil massage for penis enlargement is a very common practice. There are a myriad manufacturers for this kind of products. Sparing a handful, most sell through marketing tactics. Any such manufacturer, with no clear guidelines on the ways to use their product or without an appropriate list of ingredients is of a questionable origin; on what basis are they claiming desired results within weeks? There’s no clear answer to that. Besides, oils may contain topical stimulants and other chemicals which might even damage the skin, cause allergies and blisters and might add further pain to your suffering.

Even if your penis enlargement oil comes from a reputed manufacturer, it’s no good unless the applied quantity is right. Small quantities won’t bear the effect; large quantities won’t bring quick improvement. Instead, you might end up with severe consequences like burning sensations, irritation and rashes.

There’s a way to massage, too. You do that gently with just the index finger and the thumb. Using the entire palm is as wrong as it could get and often, it leads to masturbation. It’s also against the policy to wash after the massage gets over or not retaining the temperature for at least an hour. Best results can only be obtained if you can wrap a beetle leaf around your penis after you are through with the 5-minutes session. Else, you may use warm, damp cotton.

Whew! That’s a lot of hassle. How about using a penis pump or weight extenders and let them do the job on their own? Or, might be even surgery? That’s an all-time solution, isn’t it? Let’s see.

Devices like vacuum pumps and weight devices are abound for people who want output with minimal investment. We’re not only talking about money here, but efforts and the time that you need to give otherwise. Often these devices get sold with equally low grade medications and people are generally reluctant to let a good offer pass by.

The pumps, under discussion, are tubular devices with a rubber balloon attached. They work the reverse way of sphygmomanometers i.e. blood-pressure measuring instruments. They suck the air out of the tube into which you put your penis, which allows more blood to flow into the penile tissues. Sounds good, isn’t it? So far, yes, but on the flip side, you do not get to control how much of air you are driving out of the tube. The penile walls have a certain limit to withstand pressure; if you overdo it, you’re in for a rupture! You may even end up with serious oedema and in worst case, a completely disfigured penis, gone beyond the point of redemption.

And the case with weights? They are devised to stretch your penis longitudinally for prolonged hours, which virtually cripples you for the time when you sport your extender. Besides, length comes at the cost of girth.

At best, these two may provide some psychological satisfaction, not an increase in size, in its real sense.

Exercises like Kegel and Jelq must be real good then!  But truth is, Kegel increases your staying power, it has nothing to do with your penis size. Jelqing, on the other hand, pushes more blood into the penis head and stretch the penile, muscles, tissues and ligaments manually and loosen them up, creating a temporary illusion of gain. But on the flip side, there are no medical evidences supporting its effectiveness but there are evidences on Jelqing resulting in blood vessel tearing, scar formation, pain, disfigurement, and desensitization of the penis.
